Yin Li Ding

Yin Li Ding is a CGC member and great badminton player. Not only does she enjoy sharpening her skills while training, but also through fun and friendly matches in the Field House. She is disciplined in her approach to functional training for badminton, but she is also a strong believer in maintaining her overall health.

"The badminton facility is one of the best in the city!"
  • What motivates you to maintain an active lifestyle/why is fitness so important to you?
"Health is our most valuable possession. We spend a huge part of our lives working towards achieving our goals. How would we reap the rewards without our health?" 
  • What do you like to do in your spare time?
"I love playing badminton in my spare time - I enjoy both training and having fun and friendly matches."
  • What is your favourite workout routine/where in the CGC will we find you?
"Typically, in the Field House or Fitness Centre. Badminton is my favourite form of exercise, but to improve my overall fitness level, I also train in the Fitness Centre."
  • What is your favourite food or indulgence? 
"I love seafood - lobster would be my top pick!"
  • What is your go-to workout song or what are you listening to right now?
"I like songs with a catchy/strong beat for workout. Closer by The Chainsmokers is always a good choice."

"My goal is to improve my strength and endurance through consistent and disciplined workout."
