Michelle St. Pierre

This month, we're excited to introduce you to Michelle St. Pierre. Michelle has been a CGC member since 2016 and brings her passion for fitness with her to every workout. She enjoys many activities around the CGC - from running/walking on the Track, to sweating it out at Cardio Combat and Pumped classes. Michelle also likes to work out in the Fitness Centre and when you run into her, you will always see an enthusiastic smile on her face.

"Claire, Nova Scotia." 
  • What do you like about the CGC?
“I like that I have choices. I can join a class, run/walk the Track or workout in the gym.”
  • What motivates you to maintain an active lifestyle/why is fitness so important to you?
“Working out provides more than just the physical benefits for me, it’s also good for the mental health.”
  • What do you like to do in your spare time?
“I really enjoy spending time with family, or just cuddling up with a good book.”
  • What is your favourite workout routine/where in the CGC will we find you?
“Definitely Amber Allan’s Cardio Combat and Pumped classes.”
  • What is your favorite food or indulgence?
“Sushi makes me very happy!!”

“Peanut butter and Skyr yogurt”

    “My goal is to continue living a healthier lifestyle.”

    “I was totally impressed with the staff and how they answered all our questions in a very professional manner.”

    “That once you’re part of the CGC, you become part of a fitness family.”
