John & Bea Bardsley

August 2022

John & Bea, our August member profile, love the CGC for the people they connect with while working out. Fitness has long been a part of Bea's daily routine and she became a CGC member in 2018. John's fitness journey started with a Nova Scotia Community Health program at the CGC, and when his program ended he joined as a CGC member in 2019. Since then, John & Bea come in every day during the week for their own workout routine and time on the Track together!

"You can participate in any exercise activity to suit your physical needs, at any level you desire."
