We’re excited to introduce you to Francois! He’s a dedicated daily member who loves weightlifting and strength workouts, but he also enjoys cardio through swimming and playing basketball. Francois benefits both mentally and physically from a healthy active lifestyle.

- What is your favourite memory of the CGC?
"Some of my favourite moments are the early morning workouts when the gym is quiet and the whole place feels like it's yours, also meeting new people and building friendly connections with other regulars has been a highlight!"
- What is your favourite workout routine or your current fitness goal/accomplishment?
"Right now, my focus is on strength training and improving my conditioning. I love mixing weightlifting with functional workouts and swimming with some basketball for cardio. My current goal is to build lean muscle, increase my overall endurance, and stay consistent with a balanced routine. "
- What is your favourite post-workout snack?
"Some mixed nuts and an apple, sometimes boiled eggs for added protein."
- What is your favourite book/movie/TV show?
"I am a big fan of comedy action movies, I also enjoy self-development and leadership books."
- What do you like to do in your spare time?
"I enjoy spending time with family, staying active, and working on personal growth! I also enjoy exploring new spots around Halifax and trying out different foods."
- What is your favourite food or indulgence?
"Anything Mediterranean, especially shawarma or a good homemade Lebanese meal! If I'm indulging, I'm going for something grilled, seasoned, and full of flavour."
