• Field House & Track Schedule Changes | Nov. 24th & 25th

    Friendly Reminder: We're excited to be the host venue for Sport Nova Scotia's 5th annual Corporate Games. Set up in the full Field House starts at 5:30pm on Friday, Nov. 24th with competition on Saturday, Nov. 25th from 7am to 3pm and on the full Track from 7am to 1pm. On Nov 25th, our 9:15am HIIT & 10:30am Zumba classes have been moved to Fitness Studio 2 and space will be limited. For more information on the Corporate Games, see our event listing.

  • November 25th | Aquatics Centre Water Polo Jamboree

    Friendly Reminder: We're excited to be the hosts for the Nova Scotia Water Polo Fall Jamboree on Saturday, November 25th in the Competition Pool (5 lanes) from 12pm to 5pm. Please note there will be no lane swim from 11:45am to 1:15pm. Here is our full Aquatics schedule for weekend swim times. Good luck to our CGC Swim Academy Water Polo team and welcome to the other local teams!  

  • Track Schedule Changes | November 26th

    Friendly Reminder: The full Track is booked from 8pm-10pm on Sunday, November 26th for university and sports team training.

  • Busy Days Ahead | Week of November 20th

    Friendly Reminder: The Field House is busier than usual this week with 2 days of PD school camps and training camps. Please be sure to check the schedule for Open Basketball, Badminton & Pickleball times through to Sunday, November 26th. Thank you!

Physical literacy playground is officially open!

Physical Literacy – It happens here.

It’s official, the playground is open! Come stop by and have some fun on our new playground.

Keeping in line with our commitment to Physical Literacy and being active for life, the playground will have a little something for everyone:

  • Smart Play Cube for our 2-5 year olds
  • Large structure for those more adventurous children complete with balance beam, slides, a boogie board
  • Accessible OmniSpin Spinner
