Track Schedule Changes | November 23rd & 24th
Friendly Reminder: Next weekend, we're hosting two events on the full Track. On Saturday, November 23rd, the Athletics Nova Scotia Last Chance Track Meet takes place from 9am-9pm and the Sole Sisters TUTUS on Track Walk/Run is on Sunday, November 24th from 9am-11am. Please note weekend Drop-in class changes listed online. Thank you for your understanding.

Field House & Track Schedule Changes | Nov. 29th
We're excited to welcome back Sport Nova Scotia for their first annual Reindeer Games on Friday, November 29th from 7am to 5pm in the full Field House. They will also be competing on the full Track from 11:30am to 5pm. Event details and class relocations online. Good luck to all the teams!

Our full Track is booked for Competitive Track Club Training on these days, starting October 3rd through to December – Tues., 8pm-10pm (starting Oct. 29th) | Thurs., 8pm-10pm | Sat., 10:30am-12:30pm (starting Nov. 9th) | Sun., 8pm-10pm (except during posted Track Meets).
