• Field House Schedule Changes | October 19th-21st

    Friendly Reminder: We're excited to be the host venue for the Scott Open Badminton Tournament in the full Field House from Friday, October 19th at 10am until Sunday, October 21st at 4pm. The Track will remain open during the Tournament. These fitness classes have been moved to the Track Starting Blocks on Saturday, October 20th - 9:15am HIIT & 10:30am Zumba; Sunday, October 21st - 10am Cardio Combat . For more information on the Tournament, see our event listing.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Here’s a few highlights on what’s happening at the CGC over the Thanksgiving Long Weekend (October 5th-8th). For all of our long weekend activities, please see our Field HouseAquatics and Fitness schedules or speak with one of our friendly Customer Service team members.

Friday, October 5th

  • Regular Facility hours | 5:30am-10pm
  • Please note that Friday’s 12:10pm Strong class is cancelled 

Saturday, October 6th

  • Regular Facility hours | 7am-10pm
  • No registered programs (including swim lessons)*
  • Please note that Saturday’s 9:15am HIIT class is cancelled 

Sunday, October 7th

  • Regular Facility hours | 7am-10pm
  • No registered programs (including swim lessons)*
  • Only the following Drop-in Fitness classes are running:
    • 8am Spin
    • 9am Spin
    • 6pm Deep Aquafit

Thanksgiving | Monday, October 8th

  • Facility holiday hours | 8am-8pm
  • No registered programs (including swimming lessons)*
  • Child Minding is available in the morning only from 9am – 12:15pm
  • Open Basketball and Open Badminton/Pickleball | 8am-8pm
  • Open Swim 8am-8pm | Water Slides 1pm-7:45pm | Diving Boards 2pm-3pm
  • All Monday Drop-in Fitness Classes are running, except for 6am Spin, 9:15am Cardio Combat, 12:10pm HIIT Express, 4pm Core Integration, 4:30pm Kids Fit – Sport and 5pm Youth Fit – Strength

*A NOTE TO REGISTERED PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS
Thanksgiving long weekend has been accounted for in your program start and end dates, so there are no make-up classes to worry about.
