Track & Field House Closures 2025

The Track and Field House both experience a lot of active play whether it’s basketball, pickleball, badminton, classes, walkers & runners or events. With all the active use our spaces get, the floors need some TLC.
The full Track will be closing on Sunday, August 24 at 7pm and will re-open on Tuesday, September 2 at 5:30am. The facility is closed for Labour Day on Monday, September 1, 2025.
During this scheduled maintenance, we are:
- Repainting all Track lines
- Deep cleaning the full Field House
- Painting walls to refresh the space
The full Field House will be closing on Sunday, August 31 at 7pm and will re-open on Monday, September 8 at 5:30am.

- Refinishing the hardwood floor
- Deep cleaning the full Field House
- Painting to refresh the space
The Fitness Centre will remain open during both closures. The affected Group Drop-in Fitness classes will be relocated to the Track and Community Rooms in our Centre. Please refer to the updated Group Drop-in Fitness Schedule for class changes during the closure period.
*Please note scents may be present during the painting and refinishing process. Indoor air quality (VOC levels) will be monitored on a daily basis.
