Let the challenge begin!
We’re celebrating the holidays this year with a 12 Days of Fitness Challenge, where each day a different exercise is revealed and prizes are awarded at the end.
Starts: Wednesday, December 10
Ends: Sunday, December 22
How it works:
Complete daily fitness challenges and have the Fitness Centre staff sign off on your tracking card kept at the Fitness Centre Desk – 1 tracking card per person. You can complete one or more of the challenges per day, but you need to complete all twelve by Monday, December 22nd.
We’re taking your word for it. So if you tell us that you’ve completed a task we are going to believe you. Besides, it’s not worth cheating yourself out of the good vibes and feelings you’ll get!
Only completed tracking cards will be eligible for the random draw at the end of the 12 days. That’s right, we said random draw. For what you ask? Keep reading.
The grand prize winner will receive a free winter program registration for themself to the program of their choice. We will also be drawing for additional prizing.
