Feb.19th Update: The CGC will be open from 8am-8pm for the Nova Scotia Heritage Day holiday on Monday, February 19th. Please note that all Drop-in Aquafit and dryland Fitness classes are running for the day, except for 6am Bootcamp and 5:45pm Pumped. The 9:15am Cardio Combat class is being swapped to a Cardio Tone class with Haniye and 1pm Aqua Yoga class is being swapped to a Gentle Aquafit class with Veronika!
