CGC Annual Members are eligible to receive 5 complimentary day passes per household per calendar year. Each pass provides your guest with access to all areas of the Centre – including our group fitness classes running that day.

All 5 passes will be issued at the same time. Guest passes will only be given to members at the time of pick-up. Please allow up to 72 hours for your passes to be processed.* You will receive notification once your passes are ready to be picked up.

*Guest Pass Terms & Conditions

  • Guest passes will only be issued to CGC Annual membership holders with an active account in good standing. Membership must be active for at least five days after sign-up.
  • Limit of 5 guest passes per household per calendar year. Household limit resets as of January 1st each year, and passes will not be processed retroactively.
  • Each pass is good for 1 complimentary visit to the CGC and must be presented at the Customer Service Desk for redemption along with ID. The pass does not expire until redeemed.
  • A guest pass is non-transferable and cannot be applied to membership, program or rental fees.
  • Not valid with any other promotions or offers.
  • Passes are not redeemable for cash.
  • The Canada Games Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen passes.
