Guest Pass Update: CGC Paid-In-Full and Bi-Weekly Annual members who joined the CGC before January 1, 2025 are eligible to receive 5 guest passes per household, if they did not collect passes within 2024. Members who requested passes within 2024 are not eligible to receive guest passes. Each pass provides your guest with access to all areas of the Centre – including our group fitness classes running that day. Guest passes for all members will end January 1, 2026. This promotion is ending to reserve space in our Centre for our members.

All 5 passes will be issued at the same time. Guest passes will only be given to members at the time of pick-up. Please allow up to 72 hours for your passes to be processed.* You will receive notification once your passes are ready to be picked up.

  • Guest passes will only be issued to CGC Annual membership holders with an active account in good standing. Membership must be active for at least five days after sign-up.
  • Limit of 5 guest passes per household per year for memberships sold prior to January 1, 2025. Passes will not be given out retroactively outside of 2024 memberships.
  • Each pass is good for 1 complimentary visit to the CGC and must be presented at the Customer Service Desk for redemption along with ID. The pass will expire one year after the marked issue date.
  • A guest pass is non-transferable and cannot be applied to membership, program, punch pass or rental fees.
  • Not valid with any other promotions or offers.
  • Passes are not redeemable for cash.
  • The Canada Games Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen passes.
