Thursday, April 18 - Tonight's 6:45pm Aquafit class will be a different workout. Join us for Shallow AquaHIIT with Tam in the Competition Pool! Shallow AquaHIIT will give you a mix of muscular strength, power, and cardiovascular training by alternating periods of hard work and recovery. Multi-level instruction is given so everyone can have the workout best suited for them.

Water Polo Nova Scotia is proud to host the Atlantic Mini League 12U & 16U tournament on March 28th, 2015 at the Canada Games Centre in Halifax, NS. With over 100 athletes and 10 teams from various provinces, this will be the largest celebration of youth water polo in the Atlantic Region.
