Type 2 Diabetes: A community conversation

- Do you have type 2 diabetes or support someone who does?
- Are you from the Clayton Park, Fairview or Rockingham area?
If so, the Canadian Diabetes Association (CDA) invites you to participate in a conversation about living with type 2 diabetes in your community. CDA wants to lean more about the community supports and challenges that impact you as a person living with diabetes. Participants will also lean more about the CDA and information on local diabetes education and support programs that are available to you.
The Canada Games Centre will be the host venue for a Type 2 Diabetes Community Conversation on November 21st from 6:30pm-8pm.
Light refreshments will be served and free childcare available upon advance request.
