The 2016 Rio Paralympics are on the world stage September 7-18. Athletics Nova Scotia is set to host a Paralympic Send-off for World Medallist and North American Record Holder Pamela LeJean of Sydney, Cape Breton and High-Performance Athletics Coach Ueli Albert.
