LUNCH BAG BLUES, Rebecca Hare
Family oriented session to help parents with meal planning: breakfast, snacks and of course the never ending bagged lunches! Also some tips to help parents with picky eaters and navigating allergy policies in schools.
All Food Run Education Series events are free and you do not need to be registered in the Food Run to attend, though food donations in support of Feed Nova Scotia are encouraged!
