On Thursday, April 7th, there will be a Five Bridges Junior High Track Training Session from 6pm-10pm on the full Track.

May 9 – 11 | 2025 Volleyball Nova Scotia Championships
The Volleyball Nova Scotia Championships are returning to the full Field House for their final weekend! Games take place on Friday, May 9; Saturday, May 10 and Sunday, May 11. The affected Drop-in Fitness classes have been relocated. Good luck to all the teams!
