Explore the evidence-based practices of mindfulness and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) that have helped thousands worldwide stay engaged and resilient. By cultivating greater awareness of our patterns and our capacities, we can mobilize our inner resources for coping, growing, and healing.

A 2-session introduction to the principles and practices that help us work with challenging situations and emotions, and mobilize our inner resources for self-awareness, insight, growing, and healing. Instruction, practice, and discussion in a relaxed group atmosphere. All are welcome.

Mindfulness is key to Molly’s work with individuals, families, and organizations. Molly studied MBSR with founder Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn (author of Fully Catastrophe Living) and trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. She teaches an 8-week course, Mindfulness & Emotional Wellbeing, at Saint Mary’s University.
