Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Join Molly De Shong (MEd., RCT, CCC), counsellor-therapist and facilitator based at the Park West Medical Clinic in Clayton Park for introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Sessions take place from 7pm-8:30pm in the Canada Games Centre on:

Open to all. No experience necessary. Instruction, practice, and discussion in a relaxed group atmosphere.
Cost is $20 per person.

Mindfulness is key to Molly’s work with individuals, families, and organizations. Molly studied MBSR with founder Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn (author of Fully Catastrophe Living) and trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. She teaches an 8-week course, Mindfulness & Emotional Wellbeing, at Saint Mary’s University.
