HRM Volunteer Conference

The Volunteer Conference provides residents with an opportunity to participate in training and networking to help them become more effective in their work and provide strong volunteer capacity throughout the municipality. They will have access to workshops on topics like grant writing, fundraising, volunteer recruitment, diversity & inclusion, community event planning, engaging youth, difficult board conversations, micro-neighbourliness, and effective meetings. Former CEO & President Catherine Woodman will be this year’s keynote speaker.
