Athletics Nova Scotia is offering a brand new cross-provincial summertime program called Female Athletics Academy. Open to girls ages 8-14 years old, this Track and Field “try it” event encourages girls to participate in Track and Field.

Seeking Volunteers! Are you a female High School or University Varsity Track and Field Athlete? Are you a female member of your local Track and Field Club? If so, we want you to volunteer for a 1-hour Track and Field “Try It” session.
As a volunteer, your role is:
- Help inspire young girls by showing them the benefits of continuing with Track and Field
- Essentially, you will act as a role model as well as help with the delivery of the activities during the session
