Essential Coaching Postpartum Study – IWK Health

The Essential Coaching Postpartum Study is recruiting first-time parents to take part in a research study evaluating a free, evidence-based text messaging program that supports birthing and non-birthing parents during the first six weeks after birth. Messages are tailored to each baby’s date of birth and cover topics such as newborn care and mental health. Participants receive a small thank-you in the form of compensation for each survey completed, everything is virtual.
