Emergency Preparedness (EP) Week takes place from May 7th to 13th, 2023. EP Week is a national awareness initiative that has taken place annually since 1996. It is a collaborative event undertaken by provincial and territorial emergency management organizations supporting activities at the local level, in concert with Public Safety Canada and partners.
Join local emergency organizations at the Canada Games Centre for this EP event designed to help the community come together and learn valuable skills that can be applied during unforeseen circumstances.

Trucks and Emergency Preparedness Week displays will include the Salvation Army, Red Cross, Mainland North JEM and more. Tour the vehicles and learn how to be prepared for a disaster in your community. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about emergency preparedness from experts in the field.
