Demo Days – Youth Strength and Conditioning

Is your young teen always nice and busy? Are they continuously changing their minds? Does this make it difficult for you to commit to activities for them? Don’t worry, you’re not alone.

To help them make up their bright young minds and find a fitness program you both like, we’re hosting a series of demo days from September 15th to September 18th. These days will feature the newest additions to our fitness programming line-up in a slightly shorter format

Free to members and non-members
If you’re a non-member simply check in at our Customer Service Desk on your way in.

Today’s Demo:

Youth Strength and Conditioning | Ages 11-14

This program is designed to teach youth proper skills that are essential to overall fitness and athleticism. Youth in this program will start with the fundamentals and be taught basic strength, flexibility, coordination, and conditioning techniques to get them started safely in the gym. It is important for youth to understand basic training principles when beginning to exercise at a young age to ensure proper development and to prevent injury.
