Demo Days – Total Body Conditioning

Are you looking to get in shape or shake up your fitness routine this fall, but suffering from commitment issues? Don’t worry, you’re not alone.

To help you make up your mind and find a fitness program you like, we’re hosting a series of demo days from September 15th to September 18th. These days will feature the newest additions to our fall fitness programming line-up in a slightly shorter format – sort of like speed dating a workout to see if it’s for you!

Free to members and non-members
If you’re a non-member simply check in at our Customer Service Desk on your way in.

Today’s Demo:

Total Body Conditioning

Geared towards adults 18+ this program will get your body moving. The classes will involve total body workouts including cardio conditioning, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, balance and core conditioning. The program will involve various exercises to build a foundation of fitness and will introduce basic resistance and plyometric movements. It is great for adults looking to take their fitness to the next level and will get you in great overall shape by strengthening and toning your muscles while helping you burn lots of calories.
