To help you make up your mind and find a fitness program you like, we’re hosting a series of demo days from September 15th to September 18th. These days will feature the newest additions to our fall fitness programming line-up in a slightly shorter format – sort of like speed dating a workout to see if it’s for you!
Free to members and non-members

Push/Pull Balance and Strength
A dynamic class that incorporates pushing, pulling, and rotating movements to improve strength and balance through the three planes of motion. Lower impact but definitely challenging.
