Are you looking to get in shape or shake up your fitness routine this fall, but suffering from commitment issues? Don’t worry, you’re not alone.
To help you make up your mind and find a fitness program you like, we’re hosting a series of demo days from September 15th to September 18th. These days will feature the newest additions to our fall fitness programming line-up in a slightly shorter format – sort of like speed dating a workout to see if it’s for you!
Free to members and non-members
If you’re a non-member simply check in at our Customer Service Desk on your way in.
iFIT = Intense Functional Interval Training using body weight, plyometrics, and equipment to take your fitness to the next level, burn calories and tone muscle. Includes body analysis (weight, measurements and body fat percentage) at the beginning and the end of program.
