To help you make up your mind and find a fitness program you like, we’re hosting a series of demo days from September 15th to September 18th. These days will feature the newest additions to our fall fitness programming line-up in a slightly shorter format – sort of like speed dating a workout to see if it’s for you!
Free to members and non-members

This program focuses on creating healthy lifestyle habits through a balanced approach of integrating nutrition, physical activity and a positive support group. Using this holistic approach to educate, implement and support participants in a group environment, this program is ideal for anyone who struggles with weight loss, wants to boost their energy and is prepared to commit to improving their health.
