National Volunteer Week is April 23rd-29th!
Volunteering, eh?
During National Volunteer Week, the Canada Games Centre is inviting local, not-for-profit organizations to join us for a free Community Volunteer Fair. Stop by our indoor main street area from Monday, April 24th until Thursday, April 27th. Local not-for-profit organizations will engage with members and guests to share their mission, initiatives or projects, events and volunteer opportunities.
We’re excited to have these organizations joining us throughout the week:
• Victoria Order of Nurses (VON)
• Hooked Rug Museum
• Hal-Con
• Keshen Goodman Library
• Lung Association of Nova Scotia
• HFX Cycling Coalition
• Canadian Blood Services
• Habitat for Humanity NS
• Chebucto Family Centre
• Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia (ISANS)
