To give back to the community? To get in shape and be healthier? Why not do both?
On Thursday, January 1st the normally scheduled Cardio Core Aquafit class at 10am will be a little bit different. With the giving spirit of the holidays in mind, the class is FREE to everyone with a food donation. It’s also an extra 30 minutes long!
All food collected will be donated to FEED NOVA SCOTIA. Space guaranteed to the first 70 people.
