The Volleyball Nova Scotia Championships are back for a second weekend of volleyball in the full Field House! Games take place on Friday, April 26; Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28. Spectators are welcome. Tournament details and class relocations online. Good luck to all the teams!

The Bedford 5k to Beat Lung Cancer is an annual fundraising and awareness fun run/walk for the whole family that has raised more than $37000 for the Canadian Cancer Society since 2008. There is a 500m “sprint” route for kids, as well as a 5k walk/run route along Bedford’s gorgeous waterfront for juniors, adults, seniors, families and teams.
