Become a PARA Swimmer

October 2, 2015 | 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Canada Games Centre
26 Thomas Raddall Drive, Halifax

Swim Nova Scotia is looking for youth between the ages of 7 and 18 with disabilities who love the water and want to become a PARA Swimmer (Swimmer with a disability).

Joining a swim club as a PARA swimmer will teach you how to swim and improve your swimming skills. It also allows you the opportunity to participate in local and provincial swim meets, and possibly the chance to be a member on Team Nova Scotia for Provincial Teams, Canada Games or even a member of Team Canada at the Paralympic Games!

For tryouts, join Swim Nova Scotia’s certified Swim Coaches and PARA Swimming experts on Friday, October 2 from 11am- 12pm at the Canada Games Centre.

To register, or for more information, please contact Bette El-Hawary at 902.425.5450 or swimming@sportnovascotia.ca

Please register by Wednesday, September 30 at noon.
