• Busy Days Ahead | June 26th-28th

    Friendly Reminder: We have large groups of students arriving for Swim to Survive and school group swims on Monday, June 26th from 9:30am-11:30pm and 1pm-4pm, Tuesday, June 27th from 10am-2:30pm, and Wednesday, June 28th from 1pm-3pm. The Aquatics Centre and Change Rooms will be busier than usual during this time. This program allows Grade 3 students in Nova Scotia to learn the essentials of how to be safe around water. Thank you for your understanding.

    We're open on Canada Day, Saturday, July 1st from 8am-8pm. For more details about open swim, open court, and fitness class times, click here. Happy 150th Birthday Canada!

  • Reminder: Weekend Summer Hours begin July 2nd

    Starting Sunday, July 2nd, 2017, we will be closing at 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays for the summer. This schedule change will be in effect from Sunday, July 2nd through to Sunday, September 3rd.  Sunday's Female Only time (in the Aquatics Centre and Fitness Centre) will move to 6pm-6:45pm and Sunday's Male Only Swim is from 7pm-7:45pm.

Teams from all over Nova Scotia are getting ready to compete!

This year, we’re excited to host the Nova Scotia Volleyball Provincial Championships & Nationals (Atlantic Division, from May 11th-14th) at the Canada Games Centre.

From April 28th-30th, we will be the host venue to players and teams in the 14U & 15U Girls & 14U & 16U Boys divisions in the full Field House:

  • Friday, April 28th | 10am-10pm
  • Saturday, April 29th | 7am-10pm
  • Sunday, April 30th | 7am-8pm

Please note: The Track will be open during the Tournament.  Drop-in fitness classes that run in the Field House will be relocated to the Track Starting Blocks.

Friday, April 28th

  • 10:30am Fit for Life

Saturday, April 29th

  • 9am Zumba Kids (moved to Fitness Studio 2)
  • 9:15am HIIT
  • 10:30am Zumba

Sunday, April 30th

  • 10am Cardio Combat
