Fitness and Wellness (Ages 16+)

Our registered Adult Fitness and Wellness programs are designed for the participant who wishes to progress over the course of a program. Led by our certified instructors, these programs are smaller in size allowing for more specialized training and attention to help you reach your goals.

Adult Specialized Programs

  • Toughen Up encourages you to learn functional movements, bodyweight exercises, interval training and more.
  • Kettlebell Sculpt builds foundational strength, coordination, and endurance week by week.
  • Youth Strength & Conditioning program continues in July and August to provide youth in grades ages 12-17 an opportunity to work with a personal trainer and master the principles of effective training.

Wellness Programs

Our Wellness programs have something for all fitness levels in a welcoming environment. Here’s a sneak peek of what we’re offering this summer:

  • Total Mobility is designed for beginners and includes intermediate exercisers! Improve your overall flexibility and body awareness through static and dynamic stretch techniques and joint mobility work.
  • Functional Pilates—gain strength and stamina with a variety of moves and postures using props, weights, and your own bodyweight.
  • Yin Yoga is slow paced, soothing, and a meditative style of yoga. A great way to compliment your regular exercise and increase your overall wellbeing.

Perinatal Programs

Our perinatal programs have the opportunity to benefit your pregnancy journey, as well as parents who already have little ones running around.

  • Stroller Circuit – one of our most popular programs, provides new parents the chance to enjoy cardio and strength workouts and have fun while having the little ones tag along.
  • Prenatal Yoga honours the changes in ourselves and our body throughout the 9 months of connecting with baby. Our Pre and Postnatal Yoga instructor will provide you with the opportunity to strengthen and balance your body.
