The Summer 2014 Drop-in Group Fitness Schedule is now out!
Lots of great classes to keep you in tip-top shape this summer and never get bored.
A few highlights include:
Monday night Simply Cycle moved to 6pm start and the addition of addition of two new classes:
Behind Every Great Woman – Tuesdays at 12:15pm-1pm
Specifically designed to shred the complex glute region, this class will hit all the angles in 45mins.
Rowing Circuit – Thursdays at 12:15pm-1pm
Running is out, rowing is in! Well, at least for this class. Try the new cardio workout that combines strength, conditioning, core and flexibility in perfectly effective workout harmony.
Don’t forget that all of the classes listed on the schedule are included in your membership or day pass.
