New Schedule | Summer 2016 Drop-In Group Fitness

It’s nice to finally be in the midst of summer and here’s the Summer 2016 Drop-in Group Fitness Schedule to help you plan your fitness routine and stay fit with us right through to September. Please note the new schedule will run from Monday, June 27th to Sunday, September 4th, 2016*
Here are a few highlights:
- Tuesday’s Hard Core & Cardio Combat class switched to a HIIT class at 6pm with Ashley
- Athletic Step has been moved to 6pm on Thursdays
- Wednesday evening’s HIIT class has been changed to a Pumped class from 6pm-7pm with Jodi
- Monday’s Combo Aquafit moves to 12pm
- All evening Shallow Aquafit classes move to a 6:30pm start
Don’t forget all classes on this schedule are included in your membership or day pass!
Copies of the new schedule are also available at the Customer Service Desk and posted on the Fitness Board in the Centre. If you are looking for a more specialized training program, book an appointment with one of our Exercise Specialists.
*Please note: On holidays, we offer a reduced number of classes and will post these changes in advance on our website and Fitness notice boards within the facility.
