New Drop-in Fitness Schedule

We’re excited to announce the release of our Summer 2015 Drop-in Group Fitness Schedule for the month of June.
As the temperature warms up outside, we know you’ll want to take advantage of it, so although the class line-up is a little leaner, you will be too. The summer schedules are designed to help you maximize your indoor workout time and stay fit for whatever summer has planned for you. Here are a few schedule highlights:
- 46 class options every week including interval training, spin, yoga, pilates, aquafit and Zumba. Mix and match high- and low-intensity workouts to help meet your summer fitness and recovery goals.
- A few class name changes to help you identify what type of workout to expect without having to read the description. But we’ve updated the descriptions too!
- Great, superstar instructor line-up, full of your favourites and some new, sure to be favourites — all certified in the classes and techniques they teach, to ensure you’re getting quality movements while reducing risk of injury.
