To help you stay healthy and active, the CGC itself needs a little TLC to stay in tip top shape. The full Aquatics Centre will be closed as of 8pm Thursday, June 23rd until 5:30am Monday, June 27th, 2016. “Closure” is one of our least favourite words, but we use these opportunities to tackle some tasks that are impossible to complete while open including tile work, draining of pools, wet change room repairs and some serious deep cleaning.
We’ll continue to run our dry land activities and classes to keep you moving during this time: Learn how to play pickleball or practice your jumpshot in the Field House; try a new fitness class; take our Nordic Poles for a test drive on the Track; not to mention a wide variety of equipment in the Fitness Centre. Our staff are always handy for an activity suggestion or two!
