Rick & Randy Tully

April 2020

Meet Rick and Randy Tully, our Member Profile for April! Don't worry, you're not seeing double—these twin brothers have been members at the CGC since 2018 and both believe in the importance of an active lifestyle. For now, they're maintaining their fitness from home which Rick says includes strength training, and Randy says involves a lot of walking. Having been a Phys. Ed teacher for 15 years, Randy understands what parents might be going through while taking on homeschooling these days. To help the kids stay active and engaged, he says a routine is important, activities that are hands-on and require application are great options, and definitely have fun!

"I've always been active and hope to be active for a long time to come—use it or lose it." – Rick; "Fitness is a lifestyle and something my entire family believes in. It's not a sprint but a marathon." – Randy
