April 18 | Class Swap – 6:45pm Aquafit
Thursday, April 18 - Tonight's 6:45pm Aquafit class will be a different workout. Join us for Shallow AquaHIIT with Tam in the Competition Pool! Shallow AquaHIIT will give you a mix of muscular strength, power, and cardiovascular training by alternating periods of hard work and recovery. Multi-level instruction is given so everyone can have the workout best suited for them.
