    Friendly Reminder: The full Track is booked on Friday, January 18th from 5pm-10pm and Saturday, January 19th from 12pm to 9pm for the Athletics Nova Scotia Indoor Classic Track Meet. Please note that all our weekend Drop-in Spin classes will be in the Classroom. Good luck to all the athletes!

  • January 19th | U16 Water Polo Competition

    Friendly Reminder: We're excited to be hosting the U16 Water Polo Competition on Saturday, January 19th in the Competition Pool  (5 lanes) from 1:30pm to 6:30pm. Come out and cheer on our Swim Academy Water Polo Team! Please be sure to look at our Aquatics Schedule, and note that it is Lane Swim only (3 Lanes) in the Competition Pool during this time and the Diving Boards will not be open in the afternoon. Good luck to all the teams.

Sport Nova Scotia Corporate Games 2018

Unleash Your Hero at the 6th Annual Corporate Games taking place in the full Field House on Saturday, November 17th. The Games provide businesses with an opportunity to enjoy a fun-filled day competing in activities, games and challenges, all in support of amateur sport!   

The Tournament will take place in the full Field House and on the Track from 7am-3pm on Saturday, November 17th (with set up on Friday night, November 16th starting at 6pm in the full Field House).

With the emphasis on fun and participation, teams will compete in a series of team-building events such as pizza box egg roll, ring the plunger and face the cookie.  The challenges will promote the interaction of co-workers, build morale, instill company pride.

Proceeds from the Corporate Games will help support Sport Nova Scotia in the delivery of our programming including our KidSport and Parasport programs. Funds will be used to do things such as help offset costs for registration and equipment for children in financial need as well as purchase equipment and deliver programs for individuals with disabilities.
