Come visit the Canada Games Centre booth this weekend at the OptiMYz Life Health Expo held at the Cunard Centre on Saturday, January 10th from 10am-6pm and Sunday, January 11th from 10am-5pm.
We’re also preforming free fitness classes on Saturday, January 10th @ 4:30pm and Sunday, January 11th @ 11:30am. And don’t miss CGC member, Cindy MacNeill, as she chats as part of the Body Image Sharing Stories panel on Sunday at 4pm.
