New Canadian Try It Day

Wet or dry, there are plenty of activities to try! In partnership with Sport Nova Scotia, ISANS and YMCA, New Canadians are invited to try sport at the Canada Games Centre on Sunday, June 4th from 1pm to 3pm.
Admission is FREE! Stop by the Try It Day registration desk starting at 1pm for entry to the activities.
Activities include:
- Swimming
- Physical Literacy Obstacle Course
- Zumba Kids (dance)
- Nordic Pole Walking
What to bring:
- Swim trunks or bathing suit
- Towel
- Athletic wear
- Indoor running shoes
- Lock
