Are you looking to get in shape or shake up your fitness routine this fall, but suffering from commitment issues? Don’t worry, you’re not alone.

To help you make up your mind and find a fitness program you like, we’re hosting a series of demo days from September 15th to September 18th. These days will feature the newest additions to our fall fitness programming line-up in a slightly shorter format – sort of like speed dating a workout to see if it’s for you!

Free to members and non-members
If you’re a non-member simply check in at our Customer Service Desk on your way in.

Bikini Babe Boot Camp

This circuit training class is geared for females of all fitness levels who want to have fun getting fit in an energetic environment. Workouts include cardio conditioning, core strengthening, muscular endurance, and balance and flexibility improvements. This program is designed to tone the hips, stomach, thighs, and glutes.
