On Saturday, June 17th, 2023, Inner Strength Taekwondo Academy is hosting the 15th Annual Atlantic Canada TaeKwonDo Games in the Field House:
- Friday, June 16th | 7pm-10pm (Event set up, Field House – Centre & Near Court)
- Saturday, June 17th | 7am-9pm (Field House – Centre & Near Court)

The Track will be open during the tournament. Badminton & Pickleball courts are also set up on the Far Court for booking (please check MyRec for availability).
Drop-in fitness classes that run in the Field House will be relocated to the Track Starting Blocks:
