The Yonex Scott Open Badminton Tournament is being hosted in the full Field House from Friday, October 19th at 10am through to Sunday, October 21st at 4pm.
The Yonex Scott Open, previously called the Nova Scotia Open, was started in 2008 in honour of the late Joe Scott. Joe had been a long time coach and competitive player in Nova Scotia, competing both at the Provincial level and the national level of the Armed Forces tournaments.
Spectators are welcome (no tickets required) throughout the Tournament, with competition taking place during these times:
- Friday, October 19th | 10am-10pm
- Saturday, October 20th | 8am-8pm
- Sunday, October 21st | 8am-4pm

The Track will be open during the Tournament.
Drop-in fitness classes that run in the Field House will be relocated to the Track Starting Blocks:
Saturday, October 20th
- 9:15am HIIT
- 10:30am Zumba

- 10am Cardio Combat
