Thursday, April 18 - Tonight's 6:45pm Aquafit class will be a different workout. Join us for Shallow AquaHIIT with Tam in the Competition Pool! Shallow AquaHIIT will give you a mix of muscular strength, power, and cardiovascular training by alternating periods of hard work and recovery. Multi-level instruction is given so everyone can have the workout best suited for them.

We’re excited to host the 2023 Volleyball Nova Scotia Championships in the full Field House on Friday, April 21st; Saturday, April 22nd and Sunday, April 23rd. Spectators are welcome. Tournament details and class relocations online. Good luck to all the teams!
