Many pieces come together to contribute to the success of the Canada Games Centre; from our members, to programs and services, to continuous facility improvements, to our community partnerships. These are all made possible because of a dedicated staff team and our volunteer Board of Directors providing guidance. Amber Allan
Meet CGC’s Fitness & Wellness Coordinator Amber! Amber has been working at the Canada Games Centre for just over 7 years. One of her favourite things about working here is the people—her co-workers and CGC members and guests. When not teaching multiple classes a week in the Field House and on the pool deck, she’s busy in the Fitness Centre or collaborating on new programming. Amber’s passionate about offering the community a safe space to meet and be active together. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors and going hiking.
She is a true team player who makes us all stronger.

She started her staff journey at the CGC leading drop-in classes and fitness programs, but quickly moved into the role of Fitness Programmer, followed by Fitness & Wellness Coordinator.
