Meet Adrian Bromfield! Pictured with his family; Ashley, Aiden and Aziah. Adrian has been a dedicated member over the past year, and has even accomplished Level 1 Swimming in the Aquatics Centre! Adrian's next accomplishment is finishing Level 2 Swimming. Although Adrian attends CGC regularly, his family loves to tag along as well. You can find them on the basketball courts, Track, in the pool and Fitness Centre. Being active with his wife is very important so that they can keep up with their active kids; Aiden and Aziah love to get their energy out by running as fast as they can on the Track.

    "We love all the different activities you can do! You will find us on the basketball courts, the Track, pool or weight room!"

    "Protein shake, peanut butter and banana."
          • What do you wish other people knew about the CGC?
          "All of the classes and equipment you guys have!" 
          • What is your current fitness goal/accomplishment?
          "Finish Level 2 Swimming" 
          • What was your first impression of the CGC?
          "Excited! So many activities to do."

          "Do what you have to do, until you can do what you want to do."
          • What do you like to do in your spare time?
          "When I'm not working out, I like to watch movies and go on hikes."
