Newly Added Kids & Youth Drop-In Fitness
More to membership and day passes this fall with new classes.

Starting on September 4th, kids (ages 6-11) & youth (ages 12-16) with CGC memberships or day passes will have another reason to drop into the CGC and get moving. Designed specifically for them, these classes will welcome, entertain and challenge kids and youth with a variety of movements in a fun atmosphere.
Whether they are interested in sports or not, we believe every kid can find enjoyment in being active when they feel confident in motion. These drop-in classes will grow their physical ability and body awareness, and help them begin to develop a lifetime love of physical activity. These classes will also provide excellent cross-training options for young athletes.

Descriptions for each of these dynamite classes are listed on the back of our Fall 2018 Drop-In Fitness Schedule. This schedule compliments many of the CGC Swim Academy training times by providing classes at times when families are already in the building.
